Hi, I’m Karen Kennaby. 9 years ago I transformed my life. I started eating and living in a totally different way. The results were remarkable – I felt SO amazing, confident, happy, loving… every day became a delight AND I achieved my perfect weight which I have maintained to this day.
I am 56 and I’m in the best shape of my life! People think I am think I am WAY younger than I am, that feels good too! When I was single most of the guys I dated were years younger than me and in fact my husband is too – and they would often comment that I was in much better shape than other women they had dated who were much younger than me !!! But this isn’t to brag…no, it’s that I can show you what I did, I can show you the exact same way to be in YOUR best shape ever – whatever your age.
My background was in the hotel and catering world – senior management in some of the world’s top hotels – and my training included classic training as a “chef” with all the nutritional aspects too. I have incorporated this with all the training I have had in using our mind more effectively, universal laws, common sense, life experience and trial and error to great benefit for all my clients whether they be individuals, in groups or in my Joyful Eating Club.
